If you're planning to order the Firewalla AP7 (World) version soon (Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 8:00AM CEST) but can't see the product page (https://firewalla.com/products/firewalla-ap7-world), and you're located in the UK / EU / Switzerland / Iceland / Liechtenstein / Norway / Türkiye — the quick fix is to set the store to your local country.

I inquired last week here if I could purchase the AP7 (World version) and ship it to the Philippines, and your answer was yes. However, when I visited your link earlier, I noticed a note there stating that if I were to order this from a country not listed, my order would be cancelled. So which is which?

This was the exact response I got on this thread 13 days ago -
"If phlippines is okay with CE certification, then it should be okay to use it there."
But up until yesterday, you posted that note on about you're canceling orders not from those country mentioned. Well, I guess this is very disappointing.

I currently reside in Macau (China). I’ve filled out surveys before for the AP7 with the hopes of ever getting a AP7 - while understanding Macau is an infinitely small market for you guys to spend research time on. So I did some work for you guys after coming across this post:Macau seems to have a similar arrangement for low powered, “consumer grade” wireless equipment as seen here:

The official notice is in Chinese and Portuguese, and refers to amendments to specific laws which regulate the use of radio equipment)
I’m obviously biased because I’ve been eyeing the AP7 ever since they were announced - very satisfied original FW Gold user - but looking at the amendment and related laws it does seem possible for you guys to ship the AP7 to Macau without special licensing requirements (as for certifications, Macau accepts CE certified equipment).Please have a look at it 🙏🏻
