I vote for 6 keystone slots per side of the rabbit ears; that'll give me a 12 port patch panel on the same 1U rack space I'm mounting the Gold Pro in; rack space is real-estate, and is limited. Being able to eliminate some usage allows you to spread out and keep some gaps between equipment, which improves air flow.

@firewalla - Would it work with your business model to release the rack mounts as 3D models? You could release designs for several combinations (e.g. with keystones, without keystones, with shelf, etc.) at little cost to you and reduce the overhead of manufacturing and stocking rack ears. I suspect in most cases left and right are interchangeable.
For those without access to a 3D printer, there is a prolific set of folks on Etsy that produce and ship high quality third-party rack mount accessories that would likely pick this up as well or customers could utilize the various services on the internet that deliver custom 3D prints from user supplied models.

Hopefully you guys get the pre-orders that you're expecting (and then some). This will be my first firewalla product, but have high hopes based on what I've seen.
SFP+ would have been easier to integrate with my current network, but I have plenty of 10gbase-t modules laying around, so no issues there.
