FAQ:

Will there be a trade-in program?

Unfortunately no, we do not have the capability to create such programs.

Will WiFi SD work with the Gold Plus?

YES! 

Will I be able to migrate settings?

SIM Slot?

This board does not have cell support. The SIM slot is just left over on the prototype board. It will likely get removed when manufacturing.

  Is it possible to migrate only the OpenVPN configurations and not the rest?

  Update

  • There were some units left over from yesterday (12/8) that were not sent due to various reasons, the warehouse will fix that today.
  • There are a few Canadian orders missing phone number (required for exporting / shipping) 
  • Not all tracking numbers are synced back, we are trying to get that flushed out today

  Update

  • We will confirm on Monday if everything is shipped or not.

  Tips on migrating 

  • Please power off your old unit before installing the new unit. (otherwise, the new unit may be confused)
  • When you are scanning the QR code via iPhone, move back the phone a bit, otherwise the close up lense may not pick up the QR code.
  • Please update the app to 1.52 before you migrate/install

  Just got mine as well. Haven’t installed it yet. Anyone else have their on off button misaligned? It seems to click fine just a little tilted vs level

  Update

  • All Gold Plus units should be shipped out. There are a few that run into exceptions (bad address), Canada orders with no phone number etc ...
  • May take time if USPS forget to scan the shipment, they should show up eventually.

  I see you were able to get 4.7Gbps up/down with QoS disabled and setting the transmit hash policy to layer 3+4. However, the Github link you referenced to do that doesn’t appear to work anymore. How do I change the transmit hash policy to layer 3+4 on the FGW+??
