Firewalla Purple re-flash stuck installing
My firewalla purple I use for traveling had not been used in 8-9 months. I started using it again and worked fine the first day. On the second day it was dead. I suspect over night it tried updating itself from being behind many patches and bricked itself. I tried to reset it but reset failed. I tried to re-flash it and the status light never made it past the blinking blue status of "installing". Any suggestions on what to do next?

If you just power cycle the Purple, how is the status light changing? Status Lights Definitions (When Booting up/Running)

I tried re-flashing twice, once each with 2 different raspberrypi 5v 3A power supplies. Interesting with the PI power supplies the blinking blue status stopped, but then the status LED was off where as before it never stopped blinking blue. Now I simply get a quick red status light then nothing. If I plug in an ethernet cable I get a yellow led with light flickering.

With the power supply that came with my firewalla purple the blue light never stopped blinking - after hours I unplugged the firewalla. Attempting to flash again using either of 2 raspberryPi power supplies the blue light began flashing. I walked away and came back 30-40 minutes later and there was no LED light at all. So, if it went to blinking red or solid red or solid blue - I did not witness it because I returned to no illuminated status.
How does one validate the SD card flashed correctly?
