With MSP Notifications, you can receive scheduled emails that highlight important insights from your MSP Portal — helping you stay on top of what matters most.

Email Notification Types
Currently, Firewalla MSP supports Summary Digest emails, including:
- Alarms
- Network Events
More Notification types will be supported in the future.
How to Configure Notifications on MSP
Notifications are automatically enabled for Weekly Summary Digests, and by default, will be sent to the MSP Owner.
To manage Notifications, click the Notifications tab on the left navigation bar.
- Toggle on/off the Notification types and their frequency.
- Currently, Notifications are a global setting. If you have multiple boxes and disable Notifications on a Single Box View, the Notifications are disabled for the entire MSP Portal.
To manage who can receive the Notifications, click Manage Recipient.
- For Professional Plans, only the MSP Owner can receive Notifications.
- For Business Plans, up to 10 MSP Admins (Owner + 9 Members) can receive Notifications.
- Only emails used to register for MSP Accounts are available as recipients. If you need to change the email address used for MSP, please contact us at help@firewalla.com.
Once configured, the recipients will receive email notifications at the specified frequencies.
Email Content for Notifications
Here's what you can expect from each of the Notifications:
Summary Digest - Alarms
- A summary of the Alarm count from the previous day or week
- A list of the five latest Alarms and Alarm Descriptions for your top three boxes
Summary Digest - Network Events
- A summary of the Event count from the previous day or week
- The Network Performance summary graph from the previous day (if daily frequency)
- A list of the five latest Events and Event Descriptions for your top three boxes
