NAT Loopback / hairpin - route fix?

Hello!

I use a Dinamic DNS server (DYN) and it seems my ISP modem is not able to handle NAT loopbacks. Is there any way to work around this in Firewalla? Maybe if I could add a static internal route?

  are you running the firewalla in router mode? hairpin should work.

  are you running the service inside of your network? if you are, what you can do is just modify the local DNS to point that directly...

  No, unfortunately this is an external DNS service... I was wondering if there is way to capture this outgoing site resolution and force it to an internal address. Something like a hosts file in the firewall/router... thank you!

  So, I followed the instructions, but the address still translating to an external IP... I have a Blue Plus Firewalla, so maybe this is why it won't work. Any other ideas are appreciated! Thanks!
