    This part I don't understand "I would like to use the Firewalla Gold SE in bridge mode and load balancer/fail-over device"

    Bridge can't load balance, or failover

    Allow me to clarify.

    I currently have a firewalla gold plus. Set up in router mode. I only have one available port for the ISP. I will have two ISPs soon. I want to use the Firewalla gold SE as a load share fail-over device that will then feed my existing Firelwalla gold plus wan port. I guess the firewalla gold SE must be set to router mode in order to do this? How do I avoid double NAT issues and how do I set this up?

    Thanks!

    @dsr304 use a managed switch.

    Hi Dsr304, as suggested above, it may be simpler get a switch for your LAN connections, so you can clear up a Gold Plus port to use for your second WAN.

    If you only plan to segment Wi-Fi devices via AP7, an unmanaged switch can work just fine. You can still segment your network using VqLAN or VLAN, without needing additional switch configurations.

    If you need to segment wired devices into different VLANs, you might need a managed switch. For more information, check out these articles:
