Setting up a new network with very limited access to my main network?

Newbie here: I want to set up a separate network as a guest network. But it needs to be very isolated from my main network. They will need access to the internet only but will also need to be able to AirDrop a file to the non-guest network. I do not want them to have access to any of my hard drives, printers, etc. I have read there are issues with basic guest network setups that makes AirDrop not possible. How would I do this?

  The best way is to do network segmentation https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408644783123-Network-Segmentation

  And if you have the Firewalla AP7, using Microsegmentation probably can work a little bit better https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/38425011667091-VqLAN-Firewalla-Microsegmentation

  That is a lot of information. So am I understanding that I could just let one computer (a Mac) be allowed to accept an AirDrop from an iPhone or iPad and not my entire network?  I am not using an AP7, I have a Omada AP.
