    Hi there,

    1. Is it only the "iqpump01" device that has no internet connection?
    2. Do other devices have any issues connecting?
    3. Have you tried enabling "Emergency Access" on the device in the Firewalla app?

    So far as I can tell the iqpum01 is the only device that has no internet connection.

    No other devices are having issues. 

    I will try "Emergency Access" first thing in the morning for that device and check back.

    I just activated "Emergency Access" and I have WAN!   I just need to figure out what is being blocked now so it is not so wide open.
