jandy iqpump01 no wan
Ever since connecting my FW Purple I have not been able to get a WAN connection on this iqpum01 device. It connects successfully to the AP, gets and IP and the LAN light lights up but no WAN connection and as a result, no connection to my app and sadly it is not running. When I look at blocked flows there are none. It is not quarantined. There is 0 inbound/outbound traffic from this device although I do see the blue line popping up every 30 seconds or less. Jandy has been no help when I asked where if anything needs to be allowed or if there is some traffic being blocked that I shouldn't for the connection to the "mothership" so I can complete the connection and get the WAN up. Any suggestions? DMZ?

- Is it only the "iqpump01" device that has no internet connection?
- Do other devices have any issues connecting?
- Have you tried enabling "Emergency Access" on the device in the Firewalla app?
