New AP7 install can't access certain android apps
Hello, I'll try and describe this as best I can, but I just switched over to a pair of AP7 towers behind an existing firewalla gold. The old wifi is still connected to a different port on the FWG. There is a managed switch between these guys - I can draw up the diagram if it would help.
I'm running into an issue accessing certain things on my phone - I can go back to my old wifi and they work as expected. It works flawlessly on the old wifi.
The main issue is streaming iHeartRadio, the app seems to load but never plays music - if I drop off the wifi, I can start the music stream, but when the wifi re-joins, the music stops again.
I also have issue with Microsoft Rewards webpage (in chrome) just not working correctly. Then issue with an app called Hamalert.org (on this one I receive notifications, but when I go to the app it just circles the refresh icon and never loads.
The other thing we noticed is that when we share an image in google chat, it takes a LONG time to share the picture - it does upload eventually.
I've tried a bunch of changes including turning off the ingress firewall and emergency mode and I'm wondering what else I can try - maybe someone else has had this/similar issues and I'm missing something obvious.
Thank you!!

Hi there,
Since you've already tried Emergency Access, have you tried disabling DFS channels? (box main screen > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Settings > disable 5 GHz DFS Channels).
Also, try disabling Band Steering if it is enabled.
This doc has more troubleshooting details for AP7: https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/35673830268691-Firewalla-Access-Point-7-Troubleshooting-Guide
