    Hi there,

Since you've already tried Emergency Access, have you tried disabling DFS channels? (box main screen > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Settings > disable 5 GHz DFS Channels).

Also, try disabling Band Steering if it is enabled.

This doc has more troubleshooting details for AP7: https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/35673830268691-Firewalla-Access-Point-7-Troubleshooting-Guide

Let me know if this helps. If not, feel free to raise a ticket with us, or I can create one for you.

I'll try this tonight when I get home - should I expect the changes to have immediate effect?  I took a look at the guide before posting here, but it didn't seem to be relevant since this issue seemed unique.

    Hi there,

DFS changes might take some time to take effect. Band Steering changes should work immediately.

Unfortunately this didn't help, please create a ticket to investigate further.

Hi CJ, disabling IPv6 on the WAN port resolved all of our issues - thanks Firewalla support!!

Does that mean IPv6 is problematic if AP7 is in use? I trying to determine if AP7 is right for me - I do have IPv6 enabled on my Gold SE. Thanks!

IPv6 should not be problematic with AP7 as we don't have other people report the same. Usually, disabling IPv6 is a general troubleshooting step, as some services just don't support/not working well with IPv6.
