    Your problem is NAT, or double NAT; "emergency access" may not fix your problem.

    What you need to do is, see if your ISP give you a public IP, if you have one, see how the game want port forwarding to be done. If you don't have a public IP, see if the router before the firewalla and if you can do any port forwarding.

    It's definitely not a double NAT issue as the Firewalla is in router mode and connected to a cable modem in bridge mode. I have avoided Spectrum's double box solution and have a cable modem with routing disabled. I used to work for TWC/Spectrum so I was in the know. I also never had this NAT traversal issue with my previous firewalls (Untangle / Arista or Sophos).

    There are only two ways to traverse NAT, you can turn on UPnP, or manually forward ports ... both are supported. Which one is your game after? (Assuming you have a public IP, not CGNAT)

    We are currently having this problem and it is causing all kinds of problems.  Anyone have a solution?

    Did you turn on UPnP? or follow directions given by your application to do the right port forwarding?
