Firewalla AP7 (Early access beta) Shipping Status

Current Status:

All remaining AP7 units will be shipped out today and tomorrow 2/4/2025. We will have more units coming and orderable in early March (likely the 4th or 11th)

Previously:

The third batch was sent out on 1/27 to 1/28; the tracking number should be generated either on 1/27 or 1/28. We plan to send out all of the next batch the Monday following.

The second batch was sent out on 1/20/2025; tracking numbers were generated on 1/20 or 1/21. Next batch likely to be 1/27 +/- 3 days

The first small batch was sent out on 1/13/2025, and the tracking number was generated on 1/14/2025. The next batch is likely to be sent out on 1/20.

Here is how we order shipping:

Mostly, it should be FIFO (first in and first out), but not strict.
We do balance out above, such that we have enough single-unit, double-unit, and triple-unit orders. (hence less strict)
We will start small and ramp up as we receive more units. This will also give developers enough time to "digest" any new issues.
It will take roughly 30 to 37 days to fulfill all early access orders.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (via email) and another email reminding you to sign up for beta mode on your Firewalla Gold/Purple before you receive the unit.

(Please be patient and don't ask us when your order will be shipped. Our support people will not know the shipping details.)
