Need to tell us what platform are you are using? (red/blue/blue+/FWG)?  Also what mode you are running (simple, router, dhcp) and then what is the router you are using.

Hi, Platform is Blue, Mode is Experimental Simple Mode, Router is Google Nest Wifi (Mesh Router).

Likely something with Google wifi and experimental simple mode.   If you can, try Google Wifi with DHCP mode, it is the best mode for this router (NEST + old Google Wifi) https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015186293-Setup-Guide-Google-Wifi-in-DHCP-Mode

Okay, will try that but in the meantime I switched to Simple Mode (I haven't tried this since I installed the appliance) and so far Fortnite and APEX are running smoothly. I haven't noticed any unusual yet and currently all good. Will be sharing update soon. Thanks!

Keep your fingers crossed, we do know around 50% of people never experience problems with Google Wifi, and the other 50%, will experience network crashing in a day  ... or less.

Hi, finally I had moved to DHCP Mode and everything's working so far. Experimental and Simple Modes didn't fit in my case. You're probably right, DHCP Mode is the best mode for Google Nest/Wifi. However, I wonder if this is temporary solution until things are figured out to make it work on Simple Mode? I really want to avoid complexity on my setup and like to keep DHCP in my Google Nest so that in any case my Firewalla goes down or removed, interruptions are avoided and won't require a tech guy (when I'm not around) to rollback the config on my Google Nest. Thanks!

The problem is not on our side.  It is a bug (not sure it is intentional or not) on the google wifi (including nest) side.  DNS will die when arp spoofed.  And this doesn't happen all the time to all the deployments;  so it is just a hit and miss.
