    1. Tap on devices
    2. find the device that's having problems with facetime
    3. tap on it
    4. turn on emergency access

    If above problem solves the issue, it is a rule under the rules button may be the issue.

    I am having the same issue. The rules that apply to the device are only standard rules like blocking TikTok, Twitter or Snapchat. I dont have any other rule acting on the flows. What can I do? MS Teams and Zoom work like a breeze in the same device. Thanks!

    @Pablo, can you follow the directions in the previous message?

    TikTok is a very elusive app to block, and it often will take down other services if not done carefully.  The emergency mode will help you identify if the problem is rules or something else.

    Hello, I followed the instructions, but the problem persists. I also deactivated the rules one by one, but  still the same. The last think I did was to do the same FaceTime without connecting to the WiFi: it worked perfectly (I dont have so much 4G network here, and my home network is a super fast WiFi rouer connected to a 900 mbit fiber optic line. What can I do now? The Firewalla Gold cannot handle this? Thanks

    May I ask you how you are using the Gold, is it in router mode or simple mode? is the Gold your main router? if not, what's the main router

    The Gold should not have an issue with 900mbit, the issue is likely related to something else. here are some optimization tips for speed https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056875493-Speed-test-and-Speed-Optimization-on-Firewalla

    Hello, I use the FG in Simple mode. I wanted to use it in router mode (with my current wifi router for the wifi devices), but i dont know if it would work. Also AirPlay performance has been degraded, most of the time the AirPlay loudspeakers take ages to connect and there are drops while playing. I dont really know what to do. I am not a power user. Many thanks.

    @Pablo

    If you run a flat network (no segmentation), and FWG is in simple mode, and you are airplaying between two devices, the problem is highly unlikely to be FWG. The reason is, airplay traffic does not go through firewalla, it is simply local to local. have you tried to reboot your router? usually, that may solve the issue.
