Mute Abnormal Upload Alarms for a group of devices.

Is there a way to mute Abnormal Upload Alarms to a group of devices?  Specifically I want to mute this alarm for all my Ring devices.  I put all Ring devices into a Group and I want to mute this alarm for that group.  Is this possible?

  I also couldn’t get group alarm mute, this would be a nice feature

  Unless I'm looking in the wrong place, it seems I can't mute this alarm for each individual device either.  When I tap on "Mute" it only gives me 2 options:

  1. Archive (which will generate alarm again if it reoccurs, not what I want)
  2. Mute Destination IP (which I don't want to do because there are several Ring IP addresses where the devices upload data to)

  Is there a way to mute this alarm for each individual Ring device?

  I'm using the Beta, so not sure if this feature is on the stable release.

  From main screen, tap Alarms, tap Settings icon at top right, tap Abnormal Upload, tap Mute under "Mute Setting".

  Select the devices or groups you would like to Mute.

  Yes, however I cannot select any devices that are in a group. Those devices that are in a group do not appear in the list. Groups do not appear in the list either. I'm using the beta version as well. App Version: 1.39(18)

  Update 10/6/2025: This feature request has been marked as Completed.

  There are now more Mute options for Alarms. You can select the target IP address, domains/subdomains, or Alarm type, and choose to apply the Mute to specific devices, groups/networks, or all devices.
