EOL for all products
I notice in https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010465893-Guide-How-to-Choose-between-Different-Firewalla-Products that there is EOL for RED and BLUE.
When is the likely year that we will have EOL for Gold, Gold SE, and Gold Plus.
For example is it planned that the Firewalla will only be supported for 5 years before you ask us to upgrade to another device?

The main reason for EOL RED and BLUE is that these units are the traditional "arp spoofing units" with much lower system memory, which prevented many of the newer features from running on them. (Plus the hardware itself is pretty much killed off by the pandemic)
Since Gold units all have plenty of CPU and memory left, they will last for a while.

We are still supplying the Blue Plus to ISP/MSP, it is not EOL. But, it is highly possible we will start to reduce support of the "simple mode", due to Android 14 blocking that mode. We will first put the simple mode in legacy and likely reduce support for it in 2025.
