If we are lucky, the Gold Pro pre-orders should start shipping on 9/5 or 9/6. We hope to ship all pre-orders by 9/12, then entering the normal production cycle. (International orders will likely be shipped from HK 9/2) For this first batch, we should be able to price the final unit at $889. The next batch may be slightly higher due to normal inflation and minor parts price increases.

Update:
- Gold Pro Units (Pre-order) will start shipping on September 4th (USA/Pacific Time)
- It will take a few days to a week to complete all pre-order shipping
- Gold Pro rackmounts will start manufacturing soon (we paid a bit more to squeeze in). These units will likely be shipping in early October. We will get the pre-order (+discount) once manufacturing is done.

Fulfillment Status:
- USA orders, 85% already have tracking numbers.
- International orders (outside of the USA and Canada): Typhoon Yagi is causing a delay in Hong Kong; we hope to have some released by tonight (Pacific Time), and more likely tomorrow.
We are hoping by Thursday, 9/12, the Gold Pro will be generally available to order.
- We will turn off "Gold Pro" orders on 9/11 and reactivate it on 9/12. (this will allow us to do various cleanups and flush pre-orders)
Rackmount Kit
- Gold Pro rackmount kit should be shipping from the end of September to early October.
- These units will be orderable once the units arrive in the warehouse (immediate shipping)

Fulfillment Status
USA / Canada
- USA orders, 99% already have tracking numbers. (The 1% likely address errors waiting for correction)
International Orders
- International orders: orders have already been picked up, and you should be receiving a tracking number today or tomorrow.
- If you do not receive a tracking number by tomorrow, please check your SPAM/JUNK email; we may ask you for a phone number.
- Please remember some countries may require you to pay import tax, and the courier may contact you for that.

Firewalla Gold Pro Rack Mount Kit Update
We fully understand many of you are anxious about getting the rack mount kit. Our operations team initially planned the kits to be available in October. The kit may be slightly behind since we shipped the Gold Pro early. Here is what we can do:- Manufacturing of these units will likely start very soon. (We already have good samples)
- We will airlift the majority of them to the USA (We will be paying extra so we can get these to you sooner)
- We will give everyone who ordered the Gold Pro prior a $10 to $15 discount coupon code (Emailed to you before the official sales start)
- The final kit will retail for $79. (Before applying the discount above)
- Ordering units will likely start in late September to early October. You will receive an email with the coupon once ordering becomes available.

Ya’ll are fast! I had to wait till work was over yesterday to take an outage, but the rack mount kit is simple and makes the space look so much cleaner. Absolutely worth it! Thanks to everyone at Firewalla for knocking it outta the park and for working so hard to bring us all a great product!

The first batch of Gold Pro Rack Mount Kits have arrived at our warehouse, and will be available for order on Monday, September 23rd at 9:00AM PDT.
- The price will be $79.
- We will send a $15 discount coupon via email to everyone who ordered a Gold Pro unit on or before 9/22/2024. This coupon will expire on 9/26 at 11:59 PM PDT.

Please note that quantities are limited for this batch due to the high cost of airlifting the metal parts.

I also haven't received an email but as the page is live for the rack I ordered one anyways, without the discount. I can't use my gold pro without it; having the mount was more important than saving some greenbacks.
Super excited based on previous posts, though not as excited migrating my current config to firewalla 😅
