ISP throttling YouTube - route over VPN?
My ISP has recently started massively throttling YouTube. I want to route it over a vpn to avoid this. Obviously, I can route all video traffic, but that would be per device, and I would rather not do that for every device on the network that may want to use YouTube.
I tried setting up a target list and routing all of that over the VPN, but the buffer is still running out and causing YouTube to stutter. Any idea how to send all network YouTube traffic over the VPN?

Do you know what content they are throttling? Is this for normal video viewing? or download content to local? They may be different things, and can be throttled by different things. (I am also curious: how did you find out ISP is throttling?) Have you tried the smart queue? (in case the issue is overloading on your WAN side, https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056976594-Firewalla-Feature-Smart-Queue)
As for the route to the VPN, the VPN may also be throttled too, if there are too many users.
