    Can you test ping to firewalla via an ethernet interface? From what I see the latency variation above, it may be your wifi is not stable.

    Hi,

    Yes this has been the main topology for testing so far (The problem occurs when connected via ethernet cable or wifi) and why I changed out the cat5/6 cables.

    On the ethernet tests, what is the pat of the packet? is it test host -> firewalla, or there is something in between? if there is something in between, what is that? have you ever tried to reboot it?

    If a direct ping from a host to firewalla (with no switches or bridges in between)  then let me know, I can help you open a ticket right here

    Thanks. Nothing in between the test host and the firewalla.  The direct ping to the default g/w on the firewalla has the issue.  Sounds like a ticket might be the best option.
