Password when opening app

Lately when opening app, I am prompted for a password (no username). I close the window by poking at the x in the corner a few times and after a variable amount of attempts, I finally get the fingerprint prompt and can access the app.

  are you using android or iOS? And did you ever turn on kid lock under the advanced menu (this feature will force a password or fingerprint. or face)

  I have not enabled kid lock, actually I never knew of that feature, but am glad to know of it.   I am using android.

  May I know the model of the android device? The password/fingerprint should not show up if kid lock is off.

   

  Also does it happen every time when you re-launch the app?
