Is my device compromised? A lot of uploads to various ip addresses around the world

Hi all, does the image below tell that my pixelbook has been compromised and has been sending all kinds of data to unknown IP addresses all around the world? I've seen IPs with tens of MBs uploads. Is there a way to see what data is being sent out of my device?

Any advice highly appreciated.

  Can you paste what you see? Devices upload to the internet all the time, some are fairly normal. The key for anything that's not good, likely you will see them in the alarms

  Tap into one of the flows, and see what's the src/dst ports are ... that may have a clue
