    First, maybe try taking a photo and darkening it. That might be good enough. Then store that photo in a secure place like a password manager.

    If you have access to the old phone, the license key is in the settings->about screen. You can use that.

    If you don't, what you can do is send a photo of whatever is left to help@firewalla.com. If we can recover it, it will be free. If we have to dig into our manufacturing database, there will be a cost associated with that.

    You lost the sticker or not visible? if not visible, open a case, if we can scan the image and fix it, it will be free, if we need to dig into a database and track down your unit, there will be a fee. Support will tell you the fee

    Im just paranoid and looked up the subject prior to a purchase of a used Gold Plus- though Im pretty confident everything will be ok. If there's no issue with the QR code then I'll make sure to take some photos and save them. If there is, knock on wood, then I will contact you guys. Now I'll have to save up for an AP 7 next. Thanks for your response.
