Firewalla Purple can only connect to BGW210 at 100Mb

I received my Firewall Purple today and just finished configuring it. 

I have AT&T fiber using a BGW210 modem. That is connected to the Firewalla. It is working but the Firewalla port connected to the BGW210 can only ever connect at 100Mb. I have tried switching cables, rebooting everything, etc.

The BGW210 UI Ethernet statistics shows 1Gb transmit speed on that port but I only get 100Mb on the Firewalla side.

Any ideas?

  If you go to gears->about and port speed on the firewalla app, do you see the WAN as 100mbit? if you do, then put a dumb switch between firewalla and BGW and see if it will negotiate gigabit.

  I put a switch in between the modem and Firewalla. The switch shows a 1Gb link from the modem. The cable connecting the switch and Firewalla shows 1Gb link on the switch port and 100Mb on the Firewalla port.

  The app shows LAN Port 100Mbps and WAN Port 1 Gbps. This is opposite of the what the ports labeled on the device show.

  No wired of wireless clients can get over 100Mbs but the internet speed test in the phone app shows 1Gb speed up and down.

  How did you tell "100Mb on the Firewalla port."? Is it by looking at the ethernet lights?

  OK I have it fully working now. I was confused by the LED colors for link speed on Firewalla being reversed compared to all my other network devices. So it was getting 1Gb from the modem all along but the cable connecting to the AP was only connecting @ 100Mb. It all makes sense now.
