Not able to access ssh

Hi!

I'm not being able to access firewalla ssh. I'm using Blue Plus version, on the same network of the device (192.168.1.100). When I enter the password, I get a connection denied - already tried to reset the pwd a few times too. Any ideas?

  did you specify the user name when ssh is "pi"? this is the most common mistake

  Yes, I'm using pi as the username...

  Did you try to reboot the unit, then go into the app and get a new password?
