Firewalla WiFi SD not seen by Gold

Received my Firewalla WiFi SD for Gold today. Followed the instructions at https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/7709014559507 but nothing happens. Swapped USB ports and still nothing. Rebooted Gold and nothing.

 

Any suggestions?

  Are you running the Firewalla in router or bridge mode? When you tap on the "create network" button in network manager, do you see WiFi options?

  I am running in router mode. There are no WiFi options in the Create Network screen.

  If you unplug and wait 30 seconds and plug the USB back, will it detect? if not, we may need to get into the box and look. I've already created a ticket.
