Dear Community

I hope this message finds you well,

We are a Medium/Large IT Support Firm in the heart of North London and we have some questions about your devices, services and how they work. 

We have 1000s of Clients we would like to provide Firewalla to, please see my questions below:

- Does Firewalla have a Web Based interface?
- Can we manage Multi sites from one Firewalla Account? (Such as the Ubiquiti Web interface)
- Can we assign managers to each site? 
- How would be able to manage each site?

  Sound like what you need is the firewalla MSP interface

  Firewalla MSP is a Managed Security Portal designed for security and infosec professionals to manage multiple Firewalla boxes remotely.

  • A single unified view of all Firewalla boxes and devices

  • Ability to manage multiple boxes together or individually

  • Programmable APIs for service integration and webhooks (they even added slack + IFTTT)

  • Email login

  • This interface only supports Firewalla Gold, Purple, Blue+

  • Unlike my.firewalla.com, this MSP interface will store data in a container in the cloud
