How to port forward?

I have the firewalla Purple and I'm trying to port forward from my unraid server.  I have the app where I selected for port 80 to forward to port 1880 and port 443 to forward to port 18443 for my server. This is for Nginx Proxy Manager.   I do a port scan and port 80 will show open but port 443 shows closed.  I have my FWP setup behind an att gateway in passthrough mode and I've confirmed all of it's settings.  Using Cloudflare I keep getting a timeout stating and it can see my server but that the server is not responding. Doing various port scans I see the ports are open but being filtered.  What am I doing wrong here? I've been messing with this all day long.

  The most common problems with port forwarding is mostly related to the main IP address. Can you check if you have this https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055686674-How-to-see-if-you-have-a-public-IP-address-
