Block Google meets

Is there any way to block Google meets and possibly other video chatting services without breaking any other Google sites? I have my kids devices on a separate VLAN but can’t figure out how to block meets on their devices without breaking Google as a whole.

  this is very difficult to do, there are a few articles from google on this, but mainly they are blocking say consumer vs. work-related, but not specific services. 

  Anyone else played with this?
