MSP Site Not Updating

My MSP page shows the following banner: "Firewalla is offline. Data shown here was last updated on 10/13 at 10:44 AM. Changes may not be saved."

However, my Firewalla is online.  Before I contact support, is there anything I can / should check to figure out why my FW isn't communicating with the MSP site?
