Ontario Telus Fiber Setting... Where to set Priority Bit???

Hi all, I am new to this stuff...  So I have in Ontario, uising Telus Fiber.  I wanted to ditch there modem.  I bough a 10GB Media Converter....   I follow the setting but I can't get it to work.  The only setting I can't find is this Prority Bit to 0.  Where can I set that on the firewalla?  I can't find it.  Thank you.

Here is the setting for Telus in Ontario.

Username is in the format of username@on.telus.com

MTU should be set to 1492.  No service name is required.

Enable 802.1q (VLANs) and set the VLAN ID to 40, and the Priority Bit to 0.
