Local API access

I'm building a tool at home to combine data from my firewalla gold pro with other local network information. I want to be able to access data on the gold pro (like devices, VPN information, alarms, etc.). When I looked it seemed the only way to do this is through the MSP api. Is there any way to access this api through my local network? If not would this be something that could be implemented in the future? I'd even appreciate a read-only option so I could just pull data from the firewall.

  The best way is to use the MSP API. We formally maintain that API
