This is one of the units we have been trying to build, but it keeps being delayed due to insane memory and storage price hikes. It is hard to admit that pricing is not coming down, so we are going to go ahead and build it anyway. The unit in the picture has been running a small portion of our office since early March.
We are hoping for a pre-sale with early access units (very, very limited stock) in September to November, depending on the order volume and how much DDR4 memory we can get. The probability of building this is very high at this time, so we are preparing, without committing to the date :)

Unlike our usual releases, we won't do a pre-sale for the Gold Plus SFP units because we can't guarantee build time. And prices will very likely move up in the near future due to rising PCB costs and fluctuating memory/disk costs.
