Firewalla MSP Hardware Discount?

According to the pricing page, there is a 5% to 10% Hardware Discount.  I've signed up for MSP Business Portal and now I'm ready to order the hardware but I don't see a way to get the discount and can't find more information about it.  How do we get the discount?

  The discount applies to registered partners/resellers. I just created a ticket and someone will help you with that.

  I'm not a partner or a reseller, just signed up as a business.  The plans page show the discount as a feature of the business plan so I hope they can help in the ticket.  https://firewalla.net/plans

  My forum email is different from my business email, so I went ahead and emailed help@firewalla.com using the email address I used to sign up for the MSP portal.
