Clients Connected but No Internet Access on Firewalla Gold
Hi Firewalla Community,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Firewalla Gold router.
The router itself shows that it has an active internet connection. However, all client devices connected to the network are unable to access the internet. This happens across multiple devices, so it does not seem to be device-specific.
Here are the key details:
- Firewalla Gold indicates internet is connected and working
- Clients can connect to the network (WiFi/LAN) without issues
- No internet access from any connected client devices
- Issue persists across different devices
I would appreciate any guidance on what might be causing this or steps I can take to troubleshoot further.
