Firewalla Purple SE

I have a Firewalla Purple SE, and when I'm streaming Netflix, for examle, I experience repeated brief outages. My fiber-optic connection speed is 1Gbps (when I ordered the FW, I had no idea that the Purple SE is rated for a maximum of 512 Kbps). What should I do? Can I exchange it for a more powerful model?

  The Purple SE is rated 500 Megabits

  If you have a 1 Gbit service, you need to get the Purple/Orange/Gold series
