For the next 4 months (until Aug/1/2026), we’re testing a new higher-volume shipping program with our fulfillment partner. Because we’re committing to more volume, we’re able to lower shipping costs during this trial period.For now, that means:
- $6.50 off shipping to the EU/UK on Gold SE, Gold Plus, Gold Pro, and AP7 World.
- Lower cost, standard shipping rates added back to Canada orders ($29.99 shipping cost for a Gold SE, arriving in about 8-15 business days).
- Free returns in the USA, EU, and UK — we provide the return label

Hi! This is such coincidence. I am interested in 2xGold SE units. Shipping to EU - Romania. I have two issues. 1. I would like to buy then on my firm with invoice. 2. What is the shipping service? We have real issues with anything that is not sent via DHL, USPS or TNT carriers. (everything else reaches Romanian Post that sits on them 3-4 months).

You can send help@firewalla.com an email, we can help you get the order ready. Most of the units will be shipped from HK, using mostly UPS or a little Fedex.
Please remember, if your country has any duty/tax, it will be collected by the shipper.
