setting up PureVPN on a Firewalla gold

I have a firewalla gold and I would like to use the VPN client to connect to PureVPN. PureVPN provides .ovpn files to import into an openvpn client which appears to work but after creating a profile on the FWG, it won't ever connect. It times out every time. I have tried 7 PureVPN servers just in case some were down. They all timeout. I did remove the two lines

route-delay 2

route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

as per the firewalla article. 

It appears that PureVPN also supports wireguard but I can't find any wireguard profiles to import. I have an open ticket with PureVPN also. 

Anyone get the VPN client working with PureVPN?

  I found the problem. Hopefully it helps others. When using the PureVPN application, you login using your account credentials. When using one of PureVPN openvpn servers, you use your application credentials. These are different from one another.

  Did PureVPN support ever provide an answer? And I am also curios as to which of the .ovpn files you used?
