Issues with DHCP Mode
I have been using a FWB+ in Simple mode for a year now and want to switch to DHCP mode in part, so I can take advantage of a third-party VPN service. I'd prefer not to completely disable DHCP on my router (Archer A7) but instead set a DHCP limit to my FWB+ IP address only and also reserve that same address.
Once I switch over the FWB+ to DHCP Mode and do the above router changes, I get a warning on the FWB+ that the DHCPv6 needs to be turned off on the router. I then do that and immediately lose my internet connection and have to reboot the modem and router. My set-up is an Xfinity Arris modem in bridge mode to a TP-Link Archer A7v5 router.
Any ideas as to what could be going on here?
Thanks for answering.

So, I have now disabled both DHCP and IPv6 on the router and was able to have the FWB+ take over DHCP functions. I can see many of my devices have now been assigned IP addresses in the Overlay network, so that is a good sign.
What I am concerned about is that the 'Disable DHCPv6 on Router' warning is still showing on the FWB+ app. I did log back into my router to confirm that both DHCP and IPv6 are shut off.
What is causing the FWB+ app to continue showing the DCHPv6 warning and is this anything to be concerned about going forward? I am using Box version 1.9732 and not in the Beta program.
