Firewalla Gold SE solid red LED

Today was the first day I properly started using my Gold SE.
I set up all my devices and my two AP7s. Then I shut the Gold SE down for a few minutes while I tidied up the cables around, then switched it on again.

Since then, there has been one solid red LED. No link lights are on. The APs do not connect. Wired connections to the LAN ports are not working.

There is no HDMI signal.

I tried cycling the power a few times which has the same result.

It appears that the device is unable to boot.

Having reached this stage, I wrote the latest stable Gold SE image to a MicroSD card, unplugged the Gold SE and inserted the card. Powering on the device leads straight to a solid red LED once again. No HDMI output. I have left it for some time but the LED has not changed at all. It doesn't look like it is reading the MicroSD card.

Can you help at all?

  Check following

  1. make sure you are using the right power adapter. This is the most common problem (using the wrong adapter)

  2. Attach HDMI to the Gold SE, insert your SD card, power on Gold SE, and see what come up on the screen.

  Hi, thanks for your reply.

  I am using the original power adapter.

  I had already done as you recommended and in the order you specified, still no HDMI output.
