Check your smart queue, make sure you don't have any rules limiting games. Also check your LAN side, see https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056875493-Speed-Tests-and-Speed-Optimization-with-Firewalla

Done all of that, also factory reset the Firewalla and other components involved. No luck :(

When I bypass the Firewalla I have no issue, only when I connect via the Firewalla gold box..

Are you using VPN? Or using any disturb rule? (tap on device, find your gaming device, turn on emergency access) and see if things get better.

Do you have any indications or numbers associated with the LAG?

There is no VPN, the device is recently factory reset and no added rules. It looks like the stream session "freezes" every 2 seconds for approx. 1 second.

What device is providing wifi? are you sure the issue is your WAN or wifi?

When freezes happen, if you run a speedtest, does it slow down?

It happens with both WiFi and wired. I tested with 2 different ASUS WiFi routers (BE6500 and RT-BE92U).

Speedtest show great results and it only seems to become visible when streaming from shadow.tech.
When I do not use the Firewalla, there are no freezes...

I tried it with another MacBook which I did not use for a while and it worked fine. When the MacBook was finished updating to the latest macOS Tahoe 26.3.1, the problem came back... It looks like it related to the MacOS version... Do you perhaps recognize this from other MBP users?

Have you turned on emergency access and see if it make things better? ==> tap on device, find your gaming device, turn on emergency access

Unfortunately not... No difference at all.. It's the MacOS version.. I wish I didn't update :(

If the MacOS version is impacting performance, I'd check and see if your service has any restrictions. Have you tried a different browser? Very likely the issue is related to your MAC, and unlikely the network layer

With macOS Sequoia I had no issues and when I updated to macOS Tahoe the issues started...

I could isolate it to macOS Tahoe 26.3.2 or higher.. Not related to Firewalla. Sorry to bother you and thanks for the support. Please close this case.
