"My mini-PC will be able to connect to the internet when connected directly with an ethernet cable." may I know where you connect the PC to? (you shouldn't connect PC + firewalla to the same modem, it likely not work with both devices.

Yes, when my Firewalla and wifi stopped working, I tried plugging directly into the modem. My mini-PC works when plugged directly into the modem, but the firewalla does not. Same cord and same slot, and I have internet on the PC but nothing through Firewalla.

I looked at the link you referred to, and there are actually two diagnostic outputs. One has an IP and the other has no IP obtained. Which one is yours? You can upload a new one if needed, just blur your IP

Also "is that when I plug the same ethernet cable into my laptop or to a router, there is no internet there either." was this done after you test your laptop with the modem?

It was the first image he posted.

I just got a response on the xfinity forum that said, "in bridge mode, you have to power cycle/reboot the Xfinity modem/ device each and every time that you change the device that is being directly connected to it in order for that device to be able to gain internet connectivity."

I unplugged all ethernet cables from the modem except the one to the Firewalla, then rebooted everything. What's odd is that I had several devices connected through the modem for several months without issue.

    Thanks for your help.
