Hey Dwight Bremer You can definitely put one Firewalla behind another as long as there's no overlapping networks. The secondary Firewalla's WAN would It is a perfectly good way to get things staged for another network etc.

    Thanks, up and running.

    Now another question...

Added this new Firewalla to my phone scanning the code on the box and an android tablet using the "allow additional pairing" function. I am having trouble getting the barcode scanner to scan the code from the Firewalla app on a Chromebox. The camera is working and can scan with a barcode app. Is the Chromebox as special case where I am missing something?

If you're having issues pairing a new device, please wait at least 15 minutes between each try. This will help the system flush out the MDNS entries used to check if your phone is on the same network as Firewalla.

You could also try using your barcode app to scan the code, copy it, and simply paste it into the Firewalla app, and see if that works.

Known issue: The Firewalla Android App may accidentally pick up the wrong code (serial code) next to the QR code, you can use your finger to cover up the serial code before scanning.

I emailed the code to myself and got it paired. Thanks again for your assistance.
