Best practices for Citrix Remote Desktop

My wife works from home and is required to access her remote desktop via Citrix client.  We have Firewalla Gold Pro 10G and 2 Wifi7 Desktop Access Points.  On both wifi and direct ethernet the responsiveness of Citrix is pretty slow (click to open time in UI).

Otherwise other devices on the network are consistently getting 1gbps on AT&T fiber.

Any advice on how to troubleshoot this or improve network performance?

  If your internet side (wifi-test, speedtests) are all decent, then your issue is likely the citrix server, or the path to that server. None of these you can control, but good to ask the service provider to allocate more bandwidth to their servers
