help with connection

Hello, On January 5th I ordered a Firewalla Purple router from the Firewalla website (order FIREWALLA-112933), but I am unable to install it successfully in any way. My current setup is: FRITZ!Box 7530 used as modem and main router (it does not support Bridge Mode) TP-Link AX5400 used as a second router The network works perfectly without Firewalla, but I would like to use Firewalla to block YouTube and other apps. The only way I can get Firewalla to work is in Simple Mode, but in this mode the network becomes very unstable: connected devices randomly lose internet access the whole network becomes unstable and drops connections frequently I have tried multiple configurations, but I cannot get Firewalla to work  in any other mode.. And i would like to use it as a router in between frtiz and tp link(ap)

  From the simple mode, ive switch to router mode, but only if FW is connected on LAN, which is the WAN.

  but nothing its comming out on the WAN port ..no matter what i  connect to it. but the wifi is working just fine

   

  

  and now if i swap WAN to be WAN and LAN to be LAN nothing its working

  What you can easily do is use the Purple in router mode. (Simple mode does have compatibility problems with certain routers, and it is not stable when you have android devices)

  Connect this way

   FRITZ!Box 7530  (in router mode is okay) ---> Purple in router mode -> TPLINK in AP mode

  Try to power down your router, wait like 5 min, power it on again, and then connect the firewalla unit. If you still can't get an IP, try to reset the purple and then try to pair with it again.

  nothing..the .same... but now im using it in router with wifi (from fritbox , but the speed its somehow less then half) then  ap mode the tp link. |But i still want to use cable  due the slow speed but that damn wan port doesn't work

  extra :),.The options to block the internet are beyond my expectations. Im very happy with the fw choice but pls help me with that wan port. Can that port be damaged during transport?
