    From the simple mode, ive switch to router mode, but only if FW is connected on LAN, which is the WAN.

    but nothing its comming out on the WAN port ..no matter what i  connect to it. but the wifi is working just fine

     

    and now if i swap WAN to be WAN and LAN to be LAN nothing its working

    What you can easily do is use the Purple in router mode. (Simple mode does have compatibility problems with certain routers, and it is not stable when you have android devices)

    Connect this way

     FRITZ!Box 7530  (in router mode is okay) ---> Purple in router mode -> TPLINK in AP mode

    Try to power down your router, wait like 5 min, power it on again, and then connect the firewalla unit. If you still can't get an IP, try to reset the purple and then try to pair with it again.
