Proper connection for Comcast Business device?
Newbie here: I have a Purple in route to me and prepping what I need to do to set up correctly. I will be connecting to a Comcast Business modem/router 1GB service. Can somebody give me a quick suggestion on how to wire up? I am a bit confused on the "router mode" settings. It is a Broadcom CGA4332COM. I think I want it to continue to be my Wi-fi device but want all other things it can do to be done by the Firewalla Purple.
Thanks.

Router mode is simply to use your firewalla as the main router. Best way to setup for this mode is to follow this https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411167832851-Firewalla-Router-Mode-Configuration-Guides#h_01FQZAGAMN3YG811G0GKPHZBM3
Something like
Comcast Modem -> Firewalla in router mode -> your own WiFi-Access Point

If your Comcast device supports disabling its DHCP server, you can try to let Firewalla act as the DHCP server in your network via DHCP mode: https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004304114-Everything-about-Firewalla-DHCP-Mode-Legacy. Or you can try out Simple mode (isn't compatible with all routers): https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047098773-Router-Compatibility-Simple-and-DHCP-Mode-Legacy. Therefore, your Comcast device can still supply WiFi for you.
Both Simple mode and DHCP mode are legacy mode, and will not be supported in the future, so the best way would be having Firewalla as main router and get a WiFi access point for WiFi.
