Abnormal upload alarm for web.facebook.com

I don't have a Facebook app on my Android phone. Firewalla posted an Abnormal Upload alarm for web.facebook.com.  Is there a way to tell if it is safe to block it or is it some kind of service my phone needs? Thanks.

  Very likely there are apps using Facebook services. (login, payment, ads ...) you can block and see if anything broken.
