Firewalla Gold "Firewalla Serivce" Crashes

We have serveral Firewalla appliances, and after the recent bunch of updates we're found that one of out Gold Firewallas is now crashing with the message "Firewalla Service Awakes: Firewalla Service Restarted."

We've opened a support ticket and provided logs, but have gotten bizarre information from Firewalla support:

First, they said that the Firewalla Gold needs 12 volts DC at 3.3 amps to function properly...

...but the power supply is a 12 volt DC at 3 amp unit. It doesn't provide 3.3 amps.

However, just in case, I testing the output of the power supply, and it appears to work:

(I'm not going to lie, it's not the best power supply at 11.892 volts when drawing 3 amps of current. However, it's a pretty typical power supply.)

Since it's highly unlikely that the PSU is the issue, does anyone have any experience with ONLY the firewalla service on the appliance crashing?

Your case, it looks like a process on the firewalla box has crashed. Did they ask for your logs?
